Vitadisc is a porcine origin biomatrix therapy that was originally developed at the Eindhoven University of Technology by Prof. Keita Ito’s team. This technology is patented for application in both the spine and synovial joint applications.
At NC Biomatrix, the technology has undergone multiple iterative rounds of formulation optimisation and in-vitro experimentation to select the right manufacturing steps that ensure that no animal cellular, bacterial or viral material is present in the final product, whilst retaining product potency.
